UK delivery is FREE for orders of £40 and over. For orders below this threshold, delivery will cost a flat fee of £4.95 (including VAT).

We use the Royal Mail postal service - as well as other trusted couriers - to deliver our items. This means you'll receive your order as quickly as possible by a trusted delivery provider. We deliver within the UK only. Unfortunately, due to restrictions with our couriers, we are unable to ship items outside of the UK. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.

When will my order be dispatched?

We're focused on ensuring you receive your item as quickly as possible and the majority of orders placed before 2:00pm (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays) are dispatched the same day by Royal Mail post or courier.

I am a professional gardener with an Achilles tendon issue in my right leg. Months of inflammation was finally brought under control by wearing these in work boots. I now quite literally, wear these in every pair of boots and shoes including my slippers-we have solid flooring at home. They are thick, spongy and absorb a significant amount of the shock impact. If I don't wear them, even for a few hours, I start to get pain in my heel again. Highly recommended, and these are at a good price.

I bought these orthotics as I couldn’t get the usual more expensive ones that I have bought previously. I have arthritis in my knees and feet and pronate and was concerned that these sorbathane would not work as well but they are very good and I am more than satisfied

The sorbothane shock stoppers have proved fantastic addition to my running shoe. I go jogging 3 times per week and they have reduced the shock to my feet, legs and lower back by 70%. I would strongly recommend runners to buy them
