- Low arches will be indicated by the print showing your whole foot.
- Medium arches will be indicated by the print showing a clear outline of your foot, with the ball of your foot and your heel connected by a strip
- High arches will be indicated by an extremely thin, possibly disjointed line connecting your ball of foot and heel markings.
