UK delivery is FREE for orders of £40 and over. For orders below this threshold, delivery will cost a flat fee of £4.95 (including VAT).

We use the Royal Mail postal service - as well as other trusted couriers - to deliver our items. This means you'll receive your order as quickly as possible by a trusted delivery provider. We deliver within the UK only. Unfortunately, due to restrictions with our couriers, we are unable to ship items outside of the UK. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.

When will my order be dispatched?

We're focused on ensuring you receive your item as quickly as possible and the majority of orders placed before 2:00pm (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays) are dispatched the same day by Royal Mail post or courier.

Unwanted or unsuitable item exchanges and refunds

We want you to be happy every time you shop with us, but sometimes a product might not be what you were expecting or just isn't right. You may wish to return your product for an exchange or a refund. That's no problem at all, but first we need to give you a returns authorisation number. This helps us process your return as quickly as possible. After seeing one of these on the tube, I found your site, and inquired about getting one in person. Your shop is only on line, and I was a bit disappointed that you do not ship to the US. However, upon further inquiry, I was assured that it could be delivered before we left. And it was. Very quick service, exactly as promised. We are quite happy with the stick. Thank you.

As a 'newbie' to walking stick useage, I wanted to choose something novel, and easy to use and carry.
This ticks all the boxes- a wonderful dog pattern, perfect for me as a dog lover, lightweight and so easy to unfold, then collapse, fold away in the holder, bought separately, then carried in my tote bag.
I cannot say how delighted I am with my purchase, and have my eye on one of the National Gallery collection of patterned sticks for my next purchase, to match my Spring/Summer wardrobe!

I previously had the cartoon cat mint green stick, which totally changed how I was living my life as I had put off using one. Such cute sticks make all the difference. When I burnt through the ferrule after being able to walk much more after about a year, I couldn’t find a replacement to fit with the measurements provided as they all came up too small. I bought this one and love it but with every step it has a metal clink sound. I do like that this one has a wood handle rather than the plastic coating as Im clumsy and my other one was damaged quickly from so much dropping haha. Id really appreciate if you are able to send a replacement for the cartoon cat ferrule as it is still my favourite.

Nice and strong, it came early, it's a sweet and clear design. Only slightly confused that my cane is light blue not white which I would like more but it seems well made

I got the dog print retractable stick and it is really lovely. Good price too. The only fault is the handle chips very easy and there was already one tiny chip on it when I received it. Apart from that, very happy.
