This fixed-height shooting stick is supplied with a practical spike ferrule with ground plate. The spike digs into the ground to provide superb grip on soft surfaces, while the ground plate supplies balance and prevents the spike from sliding too far into the ground.
Need a Rubber Ferrule As Well?
The metal, spiked ferrule (base) of this walking stick is fantastic for those country walks, but might not be the best for walking on pavements or indoors.
