Drive Medical Tri Support Walking Stick Ferrule

Do you find that using a normal rubber ferrule on the end of your walking stick doesn't give you as much support and stability as you would like? The Drive Medical Tri Support Walking Stick Ferrule has been created with three feet. This provides you with improved balance and stability compared to a conventional cane ferrule.

The Tri Support Walking Stick Ferrule can be used with 19mm walking sticks.

What's Included?

  • 1 x Ferrule

Key Information

  • Provides better balance and stability than conventional ferrule
  • Allows cane to stand on its own
  • Ability to stand on its own allows you to use your hands when necessary
  • Fits right and left-handed bases
  • Flexes as you walk to reduce impact on hand and wrist
  • Three feet help prevent stick from falling on ground
  • Has a stylish all-over black design

What Size Walking Stick Will This Ferrule Fit?

The diameter (length across the entrance) of this ferrule is 19mm. This ferrule will fit walking sticks with a tube diameter of 19mm.

Improved Balance and Stability

Designed with three feet, the Drive Medical Walking Stick Ferrule helps you remain as safe as possible while you go about your day. This tip also flexes as you walk, which reduces impact through your hand and wrist.

Suitable for Left and Right Sticks

The Tri Support Walking Stick Ferrule is suitable for left and right-handed bases. This allows you to use the accessory with a wide range of canes, meaning you can get the support you need.

Created with an all-over black design, the Tri Support Ferrule is stylish and won't call attention to the tip. This is particularly ideal for those who feel self-conscious about using a mobility aid.

Stick Stands on its Own

Owing to the Drive Medical Tri Support Tip's stable design, your cane can stand up on its own when the ferrule is placed on your stick. This is useful when you need to use your hands or you want to keep your mobility aid within reach. The feature also helps prevent you from dropping the stick and having to bend down to reach it.

Returns Information

We hope you're delighted with your order from WalkingSticks.co.uk, but we understand that sometimes there may be a reason why you'd like to return an item to us. We aim to make this returns process as simple as possible.

30 days returns policy for peace of mind

Most products on the website have a 30 days returns policy. This means that you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to inform us if you'd like to return an item that's unsuitable.

Before returning any item, please contact our team by email at helpdesk@walkingsticks.co.uk or by telephone on 020 7501 0591. We'll then provide you with a returns authorisation number and full details of how and where to return your item(s). This returns number helps us process your return as quickly as possible. Items returned without a returns number may take longer to process.

Unwanted or unsuitable item exchanges and refunds

We want you to be happy every time you shop with us, but sometimes a product might not be what you were expecting or just isn't right. You may wish to return your product for an exchange or a refund. That's no problem at all, but first we need to give you a returns authorisation number. This helps us process your return as quickly as possible. Without this number, it may be more difficult to process your return.

You can obtain your returns authorisation number and returns address from our team by calling us. Tell us whether you'd like to exchange your product for an alternative, or if you'd like a full refund. You can contact our team in the following ways:

  • Call us on 020 7501 0591

Doesnt work

I have a six prong one of these which makes the stick noticeably more stable. This is not robust and the stick will not remain standing up even in tiles where my other one it doesnt fall over even on carpet. Not well designed.

Added stability

I purchased these as an additional ferrule.
I love this item as when I drop my stick I can gently tread on one of the prongs and it lifts the stick rather than me bending down.
It gives more stability and allows the stick to stand on its own.
Beware of tripping though if you are prone to tripping over your stick already.
