Delivery would have been excellent but for the carrier, the Post Office. There was no contact to indicate a delivery time so that I could be sure to be available to take delivery and no indication of a date. Both are usually available with an independent carrier. I had to go to the Sorting Office to collect incurring extra costs. Industrial action by Post office staff may have made things worse.

I purchased the smaller size stick as the regular sizes we too tall for me 5’3”
Recovering from a hip replacement this stick is great to give me the support I need now I’m off crutches. Really pleased with the ease of ordering and quick delivery

The height adjustability is good and has enabled me to have the length of stick I need as I am short. It folds into a neat size which fits into my small rucksack when not in use.

Delivery a little slow but we’ll packaged and courier left package where directed - enclosed front porch. Walking stick excellent. Sturdy, comfortable in the hand, super for the taller customer, and easily assembled. Folding arrangement first class for fitting into hand luggage or case, as is the clip for holding the the folded stick nice and compact. Good, very good, value for money.

I bought this for use after a broken ankle. It is very smart looking and feels sturdy. The adjustable height is a good feature and I would buy this type again in a different colour or use in winter months especially. I am very pleased with it.

I purchased this for my father in law who had started to feel a bit unsteady on his feet. The item was shipped promptly. My report is based on his feedback, as I have not been able to visit as yet. Dad is delighted with it. He loves the colour and design and finds it comfortable to use.
